A Clootie Dumpling in a Tam O’Shanter

Clootie Dumpling in a Tam O'Shanter
The inspiration for this little fellow was a visit to a cafe in Speyside, Scotland where the description of a clootie dumpling made it sound less like a pudding and more like a distant cousin of the wild haggis (a shy and elusive creature believed by tourists to live in the remoter corners of the Scottish Highlands). This one is running for the hills.
